I wanted to express my deepest gratitude and thanks for the kindness and grace shown to me by God in giving me a new dimension of the word 'Hope' by having a group of young Christians come to my home and install a new roof for me - which I could never have afforded on my own.
As I expressed previously to you, to the site supervisor and to several of the participants, much more was given than materials and labour - there was a truly discernable lift to my tired soul - and a renewed sense of God's presence and caring in my life.
There really are no adequate words to express what this help has meant to me or how it has encouraged me or how earnestly I pray that all those who participated will see God at work in their own lives through kindnesses which they in turn will now receive, not because they have earned them but because they have simply placed themselves at God's disposal.
